As the new academic year is approaching, we would like to request your assistance in updating your child’s demographic and contact information. This year we are using the Annual Student Update form to ensure that all the information we have on record is accurate and up-to-date.
The Annual Student Update form is now available online, and we ask that you complete it at your earliest convenience. The form is a quick and easy way to review and update important information about your child, including their contact details, emergency contacts, and medical information. Many of our schools will ask you to complete the form at next week’s Parent Teacher Conferences, we invite you to skip the lines and complete it prior to your student’s conference.
In addition, we have updated our school agreements, and we request that you review them carefully. These agreements outline the expectations and responsibilities of both the school and the students, and they require your acknowledgment before your child can begin the new academic year.

You can easily access the online student information form but utilizing the “snap code” link that was sent to you at the email address you have listed in PowerSchool. If you did not receive a “snap code,” contact your child’s school.
